A life lasting experience! Just a couple of days ago I’ve finished my IDC here on Koh Tao at Sairee Cottage Diving with the wonderful PADI Platinum Course Director Marcel Van Den Berg. This was an amazing and inspiring ride for me.

Let me just start by saying if you have ANY doubts about a Dive Center, a Course Director to choose, you may relax right now! Marcel and his team go above and beyond for each individual IDC candidate. As an corporate executive in my „real“ life i do have high expectations and I was blown away by Marcel’s style of teaching and his talent to focus on each individual in a way which suited everyone best. I’m able now to say that I 100% believe this is where I was meant to receive my instructor training (along with the MSDT training). Marcel van den Berg is beyond passionate about what he does and it truly shows every minute of everyday that you spend with him in and out of the classroom. Next to outstanding theoretical sessions in the classroom and water, there are loads of extra materials to help better prepare you for anything that you may feel you are lacking in. On top Marcel is always available 24/7 for any question … maybe with the exception of Songkran 😉 (come here and find out yourself).

You not only will find new friends for lifetime but on top you will be part of a true diving IDC family!!!

In summary I would thank you very very much Marcel, Sariee Cottage and their staff for a wonderful experience. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I will forever recommend Sairee Cottage to future divers & instructors in particular Marcel as a Course Director. Words can never express how proud I am to be part of your team.
